Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order you place on this website. By ticking “I agree to the Terms of Sale and Returns Policy” at checkout, you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

This website is run by ⁨Business Plus Consulting FZE⁩, trading as ⁨Single Digit⁩ (“we”, “us”). We are registered in the United Arab Emirates. Our trade licence and address are listed under Legal information at the end of these terms.

2. Who can order

We deliver to addresses in the UAE only. You must give a valid UAE delivery address and be at least [18] years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and prices

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). [Prices include VAT / We are not VAT-registered]. Delivery is free on orders of AED 200 or more; below that, a UAE delivery fee of AED 25 is added. The delivery fee is worked out from your order and shown before you pay.

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours on screen can vary slightly. If we make an obvious pricing or description error, we are not bound by it. We will tell you and either let you confirm at the correct price or cancel and refund you in full.

Member discount codes apply only as described in the offer, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can’t be combined unless the offer says so.

4. Limited drops and stock

Many of our products are released in small, limited runs. All orders are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

If an item sells out before we can fulfil your order, or there is a pricing error, we may cancel all or part of your order. If we do, we will refund you in full, including the delivery fee, to your original payment method.

We may limit the quantity of any item per order or per customer, and we may cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale or in breach of these limits.

5. How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming your order. A payment receipt alone is not an order confirmation.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. Payment is taken when you place your order.

7. Delivery

Delivery times, fees and what happens if a delivery fails are set out in our Shipping page, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Risk and ownership

The products are your responsibility, and become your property, once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

9. Returns, exchanges and refunds

We're a new, UAE-based brand. To keep shipping costs down and reduce our carbon footprint, we don't currently accept returns or exchanges. Please check the size guide before ordering. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.

Our Returns policy explains how we handle damaged, faulty or wrong items and refunds. It forms part of these terms.

10. Product safety

Our air freshener is a scented product for use in a car. Use it only as described on the product page and the packaging.

Safety: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with skin, plastics and painted or dashboard surfaces. Don't use while it obstructs the driver's view.

Follow the care instructions on the label of any clothing you buy from us.

11. Our liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law:

• our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order;
• we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity;
• we are not liable for harm caused by using a product in a way that ignores its instructions or safety warnings.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Your consumer rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations [confirm with your legal adviser]. If anything in these terms conflicts with those rights, your rights under the law apply.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier disruption, or government action. We will let you know and do what we can to limit the impact.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of [Emirate]. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of [Emirate], without affecting any right you have to bring a complaint to a consumer protection authority.

16. Your account

You can buy with or without an account. If you create one, keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or reselling in breach of section 4.
